Adopted from the Missouri Baptist Children’s Home in St. Louis, MO, Eric Turner is a Hannibal native who joined the faculty at Hannibal La-Grange University in 2014 as Assistant Professor of New Testament and Greek. He holds a PhD in Biblical Studies – New Testament Emphasis from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Kansas City, MO. Prior to HLGU, Eric served as Interim Pastor at Liberty Baptist Church in Liberty, MO, Senior Pastor at First Baptist Church in Braymer, MO and College/Singles Pastor at Lenexa Baptist Church in Lenexa, KS.
