Top Female Porn Star Finds Christ

GodReports.com and Mark Ellis told the story this week of a female porn star who recently found a new life in Jesus. Brittni, called “Jenna Presley” in the industry, began working in porn when two men approached her after one of her dance performances at Santa Barbara City College in 2010. At age 18, Brittni says she was “looking for love in all the wrong places” after a troubling upbringing and was attracted to the affirmation she received from the work.

Producers would dress her as a young girl in pigtails and would shoot several sex scenes a day for weeks on end without a break. Brittni said during this time that “she didn’t know how to say no” and she became “robotic” and unemotional. Her life’s emptiness soon had her looking for drugs to fill the hole in her life. “I had many lonely nights when I cut on my wrists. I tried to kill myself. I spend all my paycheck on drugs.”

After three years, she finally summoned up the nerve to contact her grandmother, who came and rescued her. Her grandparents took her to The Rock Church in San Diego, led by Miles McPherson, and Brittni responded to the invitation to accept Christ as her Savior.

Brittni’s new life in Christ came with a rocky start, particularly when trying to have a normal dating life. The emotional turmoil continued as she dabbled back in the porn industry again, but she continued to grow in her faith. “The devil wanted me back,” she said, “but God kept tugging at me. The devil had a plot, but God has a plan.”

Finally, the ministry of XXX Church, an outreach to the porn industry, helped Brittni finally say goodbye to porn for good. She even reconciled with her family and brought them all to church with her. “There is life after porn; there is life after drugs and prostitution,” she said. “God is in the business of miracles. I have finally encountered the unconditional love of God and I will never go back.”
