When Kids Ask the Tough Questions

We must explore questions like these with the kids God has called us to reach and disciple.

  • How do we know the Bible is God’s Word?
  • Why is Jesus the only way to heaven?
  • How do we know that Jesus was the Son of God?
  • Why do bad things happen to good people?
  • Why can’t everyone go to heaven?
  • How do we know that God created everything?
  • What about people in other countries who never hear about Jesus?
  • Did Jesus ever sin?

Remember, the Bible is very clear about these teachings. It is our responsibility to share these and pass the faith on to the next generation.

Kids can ask some tough questions. By the way, when you don’t have the answers, it is okay to say “I don’t know…but I will study it this week and get back to you.” Go home and research. Come back the next week and share your findings.

Do you have curriculum that teaches apologetics?

Are you teaching children to defend their faith?

Are you teaching children “why” we believe the Bible is God’s Word?
