Step 3: Identify uniquely gifted individuals.

Next, with your Leadership Team, review all the things to do at your fall festival. See if any names come to mind of people who will shine in specific roles. Don’t worry about whether or not the people you identify have volunteered in the past.

Don’t rely on your memory alone. Read through the church directory line by line with your Leadership Team, prayerfully considering each person. Ask God to lead you to the people he wants to be involved.

Step 4: Remember to say thank you!

Finally, you can’t do it without your team members. So be sure to tell them that! How you express appreciation goes a long way toward motivating team members to help with your next event.
