Every Saturday over the last 3-4 months, I’ve sat down with some of my favorite guys in the world to read some books and discuss life. This week one of the guys at the table asked this question, “If someone came to you and offered to pay all your bills for life, what would you do instead of what you do now?”
Sitting and doing nothing isn’t an option.
This conversation came out of some situations at his job where he is re-evaluating his purpose in life. It was an interesting conversation and one that came with a myriad of thoughts and responses.
So here’s my question for you: What is keeping you from doing what it is that you most want to do in life? Is it bills? Social Pressure? Lack of desire to do something/anything?
What if our life ended and we didn’t accomplish what we wanted to accomplish? Would the paychecks, the pressures, the expectations be worth it?
