Andy Stanley & Craig Groeschel Answer the Question “What I Wish I Knew”

What would you have like to tell your younger self? That’s the question Andy Stanley and Craig Groeschel answered at a recent Catalyst conference.

Andy Stanley shared, “The most important leadership lesson I learned, and I wish somebody told me this when I was younger, is work toward only doing what only you can do.”

He said, “Identify your sweet spot in ministry or in life … the thing that you do best” as soon as possible. “Identify that and work as fast as you can to narrow the scope of your busyness.”
