Israel police spokesperson Mickey Rosenfeld has confirmed an explosion on an empty bus in Jerusalem has injured at least 20 people and killed others. The explosion happened in South Jerusalem, on Moshe Baram Street.
Police and emergency responders are on the scene.
At this time, officials are not able to determine the cause of the explosion or if this is an act of terrorism.
