Speaking to TMZ after his onstage conversation with Osteen, West mentioned his visit to the jail, saying prison reform is something he would like to pursue. He was clear, however, that his primary focus is being “radically obedient” to whatever God has planned for him. “Man makes plans and God laughs,” said West. “It’s all up to him.”
