As far as what believers can do to support those suffering for their faith, Curry said “the free world” can ask better questions and understand the assumptions that are inherent in the AI China is using against its people. He said, “It’s not too late to challenge and expose these systems of oppression so that people of faith can worship freely.”
Believers can also use the 2020 World Watch List to pray for their persecuted brothers and sisters. At the end of the document, Open Doors has compiled general prayer requests for believers in all of the countries listed and also suggests that people pray through the list, starting with North Korea and focusing on one country per week.
