“Lastly deconstruction is only part 2 of a healthy faith. The goal is not to tear everything down and live there. First is construction, then deconstruction, then reconstruction. Reconstruction leads to a stronger faith where you’ve thrown out unhealthy views and see Christ clear,” the Reach Records co-founder explained.
“Many movements from the reformation to the civil rights movement involved deconstruction using scripture and then reconstruction. I offer this as an encouragement to those struggling.” Lecrae concluded by telling his followers, “My faith is stronger than ever. I’ve been there and healing is possible.”

Lecrae has been nominated alongside fellow labelmate 1K Phew for Rap/Hip Hop Recorded Song of the Year for their song “WILDIN” and Rap/Hip Hop Album of the Year for their album “No Church In A While” at this year’s 53rd Annual Dove Awards.
