Candace Cameron Bure: Marital Sex Shouldn’t Get ‘Such a Bad Rap’

Last year, Bure said, “The longer you’re married, it’s so easy to take each other for granted. You know each other so well that you forget, so you have to keep it spicy.” To people struggling with physical intimacy, Bure advised, “Just do something unexpected. Maybe lay in a way you don’t normally lay. He’ll be like, ‘Woah.’ You’ll surprise him!”

In 2020, Bure faced backlash for posting a photo showing her husband’s hand resting on her breast. To anyone offended, she replied, “I’m a Christian. My husband’s a Christian, and I’m really proud that we’ve managed to stay married for 24 years. And the fact that we have fun and we flirt together, this is part of what makes our marriage work.”

This summer, to mark the couple’s 26th anniversary, Bure posted a playful photo of them paddle boarding. “He can take a bite outta me any day!” she captioned the image.
