The church has announced that a memorial service for Bill Garner will take place Saturday, Jan. 21.
Harvest Church has received an outpouring of support from other churches and businesses in the area following the Texas plane crash. Cummings Street Church posted, “Our hearts are saddened by the tragic accident that affected our neighbors at Harvest Church. Please join us in praying for the Harvest Church Family and the families affected by this tragedy.” Hope Church, LaBelle Haven Baptist Church, Millington First Baptist, Bellevue Baptist Church, Fellowship Memphis and Germantown Baptist Church have all posted similar statements.
