Michael Knowles
Kirk and Michael Knowles of The Daily Wire discussed the dangers of the LGBTQ+ movement, specifically focusing on the threat of gender ideology. Knowles quoted Jesus’ words in Matthew 18:6: “but whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him to have a great millstone fastened around his neck and to be drowned in the depth of the sea.”
Knowles said that verse isn’t about punching a child, aborting a child, or abusing a child. “That verse is about scandal. It’s about causing the little ones to stumble. To be a stumbling block and an obstacle and a scandal to them.”
Knowles reminded pastors that they have an “obligation to preach the truth. You have an obligation to care for the people in your in your congregation, and you, as a pastor, will have to answer for the people in your congregation.”
“When pastors go squishy, when they try to compromise on the truth, because they they think it will be politically correct or it maybe will make someone feel better briefly in the moment,” Knowles said, “you could be causing countless members of your flock to stumble.”
Eric Metaxas
Author Eric Metaxas spoke about his new book “Letter to the American Church,” telling attendees, “The Lord is behind all of truth and reality and what we as Christians forget, but we’re being reminded now as the world goes insane, that you don’t need to be a Christian to know that men can’t become women. Women can’t become men.”
“Now, more than ever, as things go crazy, people are looking around and thinking, what is happening,” Metaxas continued. “People who are not believers are understanding more and more and more that something is off—it’s not a political problem. It’s evil!”
“When Target hires a Satanist to produce cool swag, you don’t need to be a born-again believer to understand something is deeply sick in America,” Metaxas said.
The former VeggieTales narrator and writer warned, “You ever go to Target again, you’re part of the problem … If Christians can’t make that kind of a sacrifice, you deserve the country to go to hell. And by the way—here’s the bad news—the Lord will hold you accountable that it went to hell.”

“The same excuses for inaction” during Hitler’s rise to power in Germany are present in our nation today, said Metaxas. “Tons and tons of pastors were deceived—good men.”
Metaxas said, “If the church will rise, and be the church, if the church will stand—now—I believe the Lord will give us the victory … If we will live heroically, we will see God move in a way that we haven’t even dreamt about.”
