Also this month, Jakes made headlines when rumors began circulating online that he had participated in “sex parties” hosted by rapper and entrepreneur Sean “Diddy” Combs.
In a sermon given on Christmas Eve, Jakes dismissed the rumors as “young folks’ gossip.”
