“I’m so grateful for you,” TerKeurst told her followers Thursday. “You’ve helped me see the kindness of God through your prayers, encouragement, and sharing your own stories of trials and triumphs. You stood with me in my pain and I’ve stood with you in yours. I’ve learned from you. And you’ve learned from me.”
“Last week, surrounded by our family and some beautiful mountains, Chaz and I exchanged our vows,” said the ministry leader, whose photos show her and her new husband celebrating their union in the snowy French Alps surrounded by their families. “As soon as we were announced husband and wife, some fun music started playing. I invited our kids and grandkids to join in as we all danced in the gently falling snow.”
Among those celebrating with TerKeurst on Instagram are her children and other ministry leaders including Derwin Gray, Shelley Giglio, Christine Caine, Laura Lentz, and Priscilla Shirer.

“I felt God’s kindness. I saw His provision. I let tears of pure joy fall freely,” said TerKeurst. “I tucked a mental picture of those moments in my heart…and turned the next page not knowing what all the days to come will hold but thankful that we can face it together.”
