“I prefer you pass out after I play not before,” Chitty texted, according to police. “You can’t even remember what I did.”

Chitty then reportedly complimented her genitals again. After she replied “ig,” short for “I guess,” Chitty replied, “Just say thank you.”

According to police, Chitty then went on to compliment the girl’s breasts before instructing her how to sit on his couch in a way that would make it “easier” for him to perform oral sex on her.

Deputies said that Chitty admitted to sending the text messages but later invoked his right to an attorney and denied having any sexual contact with her.

Chitty faces charges of sexual battery, lewd and lascivious behavior, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He has been released on $75,000 bond.
