Jennifer Lyell, another SBC abuse survivor, posted on social media that she too can “confirm that yesterday [she] was personally and proactively contacted by one of the primary DOJ agents leading this investigation,” who informed her of the “erroneous statement made by the EC regarding the state of the investigation” and reiterated that “their investigation is ongoing.”
Likewise, Hannah-Kate Lee Osborne posted, “I just got off the phone with someone who can confirm the @SBCExecComm statement on the DOJs investigation is FALSE and that there IS STILL AN ONGOING INVESTIGATION.”
