‘Cabrini’ and International Women’s Day 2024
It was no coincidence that “Cabrini” was released on International Women’s Day—March 8. Going to see “Cabrini” became a notable way to honor women heroes everywhere. Leading up to the movie’s release, the filmmakers posted a video asking random people, “Who is your Cabrini?”
Answers to the question were just as varied as those interviewed and included, “My sister,” “All of the women who helped with my adoption,” “My grandmother,” “All the female paramedics and doctors,” and “My mom.”
