“I believe the next event on the prophetic calendar is the rapture of the church when all true believers are caught up to be with the Lord in the air,” Laurie explained.
“The Bible also tells us about a time coming upon the earth, the Great Tribulation period, it will last for seven years,” he added. “It will be inaugurated by the emergence of the Antichrist and will end with the Second Coming of Jesus Christ.”

Laurie clarified, saying that he believes the “rapture” happens before “the tribulation begins” and shared that his understanding is that Christians won’t have to go through the “Great Tribulation period.”
Explaining more about the Great Tribulation period, Laurie said it will be “a time of judgment.” And in the Scripture, “you cannot find an instance where God poured his judgment on nonbelievers and believers at the same time.”
“I’m so thankful, as Christians, we will not have to go through this tribulation period,” Laurie said.
Laurie concluded, “But the thing is, if we see signs that tell us Antichrist is close, I think we do see them right now. It also tells us the coming of Jesus is closer, so be ready.”
