Cooper Kupp and Wife, Anna, Started a Coffee Shop ‘Rooted in the Glory of God’

What started as regular “intentional conversation” over cups of coffee quickly turned into launching a business, Dodo Coffee Company. Cooper and Anna intentionally focus on what’s important—what’s lasting.

According to its website, the Dodo Coffee Company was launched to “provide a product that brings enjoyment, stimulates local economies, and supports the dignity of the farmers who derive their very livelihood from coffee cultivation.”

The coffee is named after native birds from the beans’ country of origin. Leadership is committed to helping “everyone reach their highest potential: from our farmers, suppliers, and employees, all the way to the communities we feel so blessed to be a part of.”

The vision of the company includes “the subtle power of sharing a cup of coffee with a friend in a beautiful space,” as well as “a farmer’s warm, strong handshake as he welcomes you to his world and his immediate connection with the soil.”
