Kumari said, “I will be lifting up Lily Philips [sic], Bonnie Blue, Kim Kardashian, the adult entertainment industry and this incredibly lost but deeply loved generation for 1000 minutes in prayer,” starting at 8 a.m Friday, Jan. 24, till 1 a.m. the following morning.
The Christian speaker, who gives talks on topics including relationships in general as well as the sex industry, said her intention with the prayer challenge was “to cry out for their salvation, for their eyes to open, deception and pride to break.”
She wanted to intercede “for the women who have settled for such a violation of their true glory, for the thousands of men who have had their divine manhood stolen and have unknowingly allowed their seed to be corrupted for generations to come and succumbed to the enemies [sic] schemes.”
“I will be praying against every tactic of the enemy so seductively at work in order to annihilate this generation through the spirit of seduction and prostitution,” Kumari continued, “for the bonds of wickedness to break – and I will be earnestly contending for a turning in the tide.”
Kumari said her prayer challenge would be held on Zoom and encouraged “churches, families, men’s [groups] in particular, leaders and intercessors” to join her.
“This is not a time to be passive church. It’s a time to arise. To be found faithful. To refuse to let the enemy have his way and to exercise the authority of the blood of Jesus,” she exhorted, “to slay the heads of these giants and to see souls delivered from counterfeit intimacy and enslavement – so they may come to know the radical, glorious, beautiful love of Christ.”

In response to a request for comment, Kumari told ChurchLeaders, “We fervently and passionately prayed from 8am to 1am the following morning! People joined for hours on end participating in intercession, the declaring of scriptures, taking communion numerous times and prophesying God’s breakthrough and love over the sex industry!”
Kumari believes 118 people joined during the call, which ran for 1,035 minutes. “The passion and hunger to see God’s love and power breakthrough did not wane at any point throughout the 1000 minute call,” she said, “with countless praying hearts joined for hours at a time, sometimes staying for the whole day!”
“The most fiery time was between 11pm and 1am with the most people and the love, joy and faith on the call was glorious!” she said. “I am so confident that the Lord moved as a result of our earnest intercession and throughout the entire 1000 minutes we could sense His delight, mercy, love and power at work.”
