The Christian Post reported on an “old school” revival taking place for 12 straight nights at Elevation Church in Charlotte, North Carolina from January 11–22. The event is being broadcast live via Internet and television on Trinity Broadcasting and opened with a presentation by Craig Groeschel, author and pastor of LifeChurch.tv on Wednesday night. Speakers at the revival will include Jentezen Franklin, Matt Chandler, Ed Young, James MacDonald, Bishop T. D. Jakes, Perry Noble, and Stovall Weems, among others.
Called “Code Orange” to reflect the urgency of their request for God’s intervention and “an eruption of his power and movement in 2012,” the event is open to the public and no tickets are required.
