Perry Noble: Unleash Your Church

People are going to show up to church Sunday, and they are dealing with things such as:

• Can Jesus really forgive me for the sins in my past?

• If God really is so good, then why did this tragedy take place?

• Why do I feel like I am hitting a wall spiritually? It seems the more I try to do good, the less adequate I feel.

• How do I know that God really does love me?

• Am I really supposed to forgive the person who molested me? If so, how?

Scripture deals with every one of these issues.

My prayer is that people would see that Jesus is not some disconnected and distant deity that cares nothing about who we are and what we are going through, but rather is a Savior and really is Lord over every circumstance that comes our way.

The Power to Unleash

I honestly believe if churches—regardless of their size—would quit wading in the waters of confusion and simply deal with what really is on the hearts of the people walking in the doors, we would see an unbelievable explosion of salvations, baptisms and influence.

God never meant for His church (or the people in it) to be bound and defeated. He never wanted it to be an impotent and insignificant organization that loved its processes while ignoring people. He called us to impact the world with the Gospel, and that is completely possible when we are willing to meet people where they are and bring them to where they need to be—unleashed!
