Thief Returns Stolen Computers to Vegas Megachurch With Apology Note

An anonymous thief stole two laptops from megachurch Central Christian in Las Vegas, then returned them later the same day with a note asking for forgiveness for the theft. Church officials say the laptops were stolen sometime last Sunday morning during a sermon in which pastor Jud Wilhite emphasized forgiveness. They were found later that day wrapped in a T-shirt in the parking lot with a note attached: “Stolen from Henderson campus. Forgive me.” Director of communications Ryan Moore told The Christian Post that he would tell the thief to listen to the source of their conviction.

“That voice you heard telling you to return these laptops was the Holy Spirit,” Moore said. “Listen to Him! He’ll guide you down the perfect path to blessing and happiness.”
