The King Jesus Gospel | Scot McKnight

What if the Gospel isn’t about sin and hell?

What if the Gospel isn’t penal substitutionary atonement?

What if it turns out that what we call the Gospel often has very little to do with the Gospel Jesus and the Apostles preached?

In his new book, The King Jesus Gospel, Scot McKnight challenges our assumptions about the good news, and offers a picture of the Gospel that centers on Jesus the Messiah who completes the story of Israel.

Today I’m excited to share a first look at McKnight’s newly released video preview (below), and I’d love to hear your thoughts on it.
