Do You Have A Best Friend?

Vicki is my best friend.  She’s my wife.

Besides Jesus, no other person on earth is more important than her to me.

Not my kids.

Not Transformation Church.

No even my momma.  No one.

There isn’t a person on earth that I would rather spend time with than my best friend.

There is no other person earth that is my greatest cheerleader and counselor.

I would not be the man I am today, if it were not for my Vicki.

There would no Transformation Church if it were not for my best friend who partnered with me to write Transformation Church’s vision and values statement. She’s a valuable leader at TC!  She is my right-hand wo-man!

God graced me exceedingly and abundantly when He gifted her to me!

How do we remain best friends?

We talk about everything.

We pray together.

We parent together.

We lead and serve to together.

We date often.

We love the God’s grace together.

We love the Word of God together.

We honor and respect one another.

But above all else, we remain best friends, because Jesus is our best friend.  His friendship empowers us to be best friends.

If you’re married, I pray your spouse is your best friend.

Marinate on that,
