I believe in you! These four little words can produce BIG change in someone’s life.
Those four little words will transform your organization, family, church, or team.
When you look someone you lead in the eyes and say, “I believe in you,” a sense of responsibility and accountability surges in them that says, “I can do this; my team is depending on me!”
Perhaps your teenager needs to hear, “I believe in you.”
Maybe it’s the person that’s constantly lagging in performance on your team who needs to hear you say, “I believe in you.”
Or it could it be your leader?
Maybe it’s been a long time since you’ve heard, “I believe in you.”
When coach Mike Sullivan told me in 1988, my senior year in high school, “Dewey, I believe in you,” those four little words launched new possibilities that are now a reality.
But most importantly, God believed so deeply that you could make a difference in this world that He gave His Son Jesus for you so you can believe in Him.
