After you watch one or two of these, let us know what your questions or insights are about how to multiply disciples in North America.

We want to see more and more people love and follow Jesus! To that end we have been making disciples for almost 40 years. We have tried all kinds of different approaches and materials. We’ve mentored new followers of Jesus one-on-one and in small groups. We’ve invested in emerging leaders individually and in small cadres. We’ve written books, articles, and blog posts for this site and others. One book that I (Jim) co-authored for discipling new believers has sold more than 100,000 copies in English and been translated into many languages.

Currently we are the curriculum coordinators for New Generations, a ministry that partners with God and national leaders to ignite Disciple Making Movements among unreached people groups. Jim has a Ph.D. in Communication from Regent University. Vicki is currently completing a Doctorate in Intercultural Studies from Fuller Theological Seminary. We are committed to ongoing research on how to make more and better disciples.

We continue to make disciples in Central Illinois but we spend much of our time catalyzing Disciple Making Movements among unreached people groups in West Africa and working on training and resources for the worldwide movement.
