6. If God always gives you a ‘word’ for others, but He never calls you to something, you might be playing fantasy prophet.

7. If you have more titles than you have influence, you might be playing fantasy leader.

8. If you say things on Facebook you’d never say in person, you might be a fantasy preacher.

By the way, if it makes you feel any better, I can identify with some things on this list. The goal is not guilt, but rather self-examination that I hope leads to Jesus.

I played fantasy soccer last year and it was a blast. I also played in a real soccer league and it was also a blast, but a different kind of blast.

A real kind of blast.

Jesus said he came to give us life to the fullest. If we want to engage that promise, we need to stop playing games and get in the game.
