4. Ask their opinions.
Church leaders should value the opinion of youth. Pastor, create an event for the church. Then ask teens and college students for advice on how to run it. This will energize and empower young people in your congregation.
5. Give away leadership to teens.
Often church leaders aren’t willing to budge in this area. Yet it’s important to give leadership away to teens. Let them dream about what they would love to see in their church. Then give them the resources to achieve that.
