The Christian Post reported the new development of a biblical theme park in Kentucky will feature a full-size replica of Noah’s Ark. Officials with Ark Encounter have contracted 80 acres of land in Grant County, where they plan to create the full-scale ark, a 500-seat theater, a petting zoo, an aviary, and a model of Jesus’ hometown. The popular Creation Museum in Petersburg, Kentucky is partnering in the development and expect the park to open in spring 2014. In their feasibility study, six out of ten Americans said they would visit a replica of Noah’s ark if it was built.
