"Courageous" Film Outreach Leads Many to Christ Around the World

Charisma News reported that the film Courageous, the newest movie by Sherwood Pictures, is having a deep spiritual effect on men all over the world. According to the report, one organization of Christian police officers organized an outreach program promoting the film by “giving a cop a ticket” to see it. This program made them number-one in box office sales in North America. The organization, CODE 3 (Christian Officers for Discipleship and Evangelism), an outreach of Jaron ministries, also just took the film to the Philippines, where close to 1,000 law enforcement officials accepted Christ in response to the film.

Rob Carter of Jaron Ministries said they were now working on their goal of showing the film in every law enforcement headquarters in Manila. He is also looking for police officers who are interested in partnering with them in this work: “The American badge can go places around the world that pastors and missionaries cannot,” says Carter. “The brotherhood of law enforcement is global. So, for Christian law enforcement officers out there, we would love to have you contact us and be a part of one of our teams.”
