Being a hero for women on the big matters is honorable and good. But look to the small things in your life and consider whether there is some part of you that discounts women as less important, less worthy of time and attention, or less wise. I believe God will be faithful in showing you how you’re doing in this area. It’s important to note that watching pornography is a sure way to train your heart to dismiss women, refusing to think about their situation, their needs, or their souls. I’m praying for the men in my life, and am so grateful for all of the wonderful examples that God has given me through the years of men who love women the way Jesus does. Through the power of the Holy Spirit, he can change even the most hardened hearts into tender ones. I pray that the men who are reading this would ask him to do so, even in the small things. God will use you mightily in the lives of women.
