1. Being a leader is about influencing others to do things.

2. Being a leader is about admitting your weaknesses.

3. Being a leader is about using your voice to encourage and inspire others.

4. Being a leader is about managing power through humility.

5. Being a leader is about showing people how to do things.

6. Being a leader is about influencing others to follow your vision.

7. Being a leader is about taking risks and learning from your failures.

8. Being a leader is about being transparent and honest.

9. Being a leader is about making others feel valued and appreciated.

10. Being a leader is about stepping up when others step down.

As a young leader I am continuously learning more about myself, my passions, and my desire to equip and direct people toward their dreams. Leadership cannot be learned in a day, but it can be learned daily.
