Have you ever ended up in a lousy small group? Wait let me guess:
- Someone in the group wouldn’t shut up
- The leader only asked yes or no questions
- The study was boring
- There was nothing to drink
- Nobody shared anything
- People wouldn’t answer questions
- There was nothing to eat
- You didn’t fit with these people
Maybe it was something else but you know what? You don’t have to go to that group! Try another one! Keep trying until you find a group you connect with. Your spiritual health this year depends on it. God designed us to exist in relationships and groups are one of the best ways that this happens in our churches. Don’t give up!
