Mark Miller
Mark Miller is vice president for organizational effectiveness at Chick-fil-A, Inc. He began his Chick-fil-A career as an hourly team member in 1977 and joined the corporate staff in 1978. He is the author of “The Secret of Teams” and “The Heart of Leadership.” He is also co-author of “The Secret” and “Great Leaders Grow.” Mark’s three previous books now have more than a half-million copies in print.
