The Importance of Innovation

Recently I had a chance to speak at Charlotte One, a great organization that has united the young adults of Charlotte. Over 130 churches are represented each week.

I shared on the importance of innovation in the church as part of their series partnering with the Origins Project.

The talk started off with an embarrassing moment. I was trying to fit into the NASCAR culture and congratulate the winner of the Daytona 500 who usually attends Charlotte One (although he wasn’t there last week). I accidentally congratulated Tyler Braun (a friend from twitter) instead of Trevor Bayne.

You can listen to the message here.

How have you seen innovation positively affect your church or organization?
