Dave Ramsey is being sued by a former employee for religious discrimination. In the suit, Brad Amos claims that employees of Ramsey Solutions have been forced to abide by Ramsey’s religious beliefs about COVID-19. Amos was fired after not reporting to work in person during the pandemic.
