Sarah Rankin and Elana Schor

Sarah Rankin is an AP News reporter based in Richmond, Virginia. She covers stories in Virginia and beyond. Elana Schor has held reporting jobs in Washington for more than a decade, including stints at The Guardian and The Hill. Before coming to the AP last year to join the national politics team, she spent four years at Politico covering Senate politics and energy. She is a former Knight Science Journalism Fellow at MIT.
