New legislation to help support pregnant women, young mothers and their children in a post-Roe America has gained congressional introduction.

The billboards, which feature a Bible verse in support of abortion, are part of Gavin Newsom’s re-election campaign for governor of California.

Tim Tebow revealed this week that he has used his Heisman Trophy to raise over $1 million toward charitable work, much of which has benefited children. He shared this news with former ESPN anchor Dan Patrick on the Dan Patrick Show. 

At a Christian conference, Duane “Dog” Chapman referred to President Biden as “little Hitler” and “that freak,” suggesting that Biden could die by suicide once a conspiracy to steal the 2020 election is revealed. 

The SBC Credentials Committee recommended the disfellowshipping of two churches due to “open affirmation” of homosexual behavior and a “lack of cooperation” to resolve concerns over discrimination. The SBC Executive Committee affirmed the recommendation in a closed meeting Sept. 20.

A sexual abuse awareness day, to be known as Caring Well Sunday, has been added to the SBC Calendar of Activities. The Southern Baptist Convention Executive Committee approved the recommendation Tuesday (Sept. 20).

Beginning in 2027, human composting, or natural organic reduction, will be another option for “individuals who want a different method to honor their remains after death.”
