Harris had also created a makeshift barrier and drilled a hole in a weapons case, which would have enabled him to “fire at the door from a protected position.”
Police contacted the Allegheny County bomb squad during their investigation to remove a suspected explosive device from the house, but the bomb squad later determined that there were no explosives in the home.

However, police did discover additional ammunition and methamphetamine throughout the house. They also found a notebook with a “handwritten script” for a mass shooting.
Harris had reportedly been living at the home with a boyfriend, but neighbors told police that the boyfriend had not been present at the house for several days.

Harris faces multiple charges, including aggravated assault, simple assault, making terroristic threats, attempted burglary, and various drug-related charges. He is being held in the Beaver County Jail on a $975,000 bond.
