Kingdom Tabernacle of Restoration Ministries’ website and social media profiles are no longer active. It is unclear if the church is still in existence.
Prior to its website being taken down, the church described Brooks as “a man after God’s own heart [who] has a passion for God’s people. From an early age Pastor Brooks knew he had a calling for ministry.”
“Pastor Brooks desires to see believers grow spiritually and desires to see the church function according to the word of the Lord. His intense love for the Lord, relentless spirit and ability to tap into the very heart of God make him a memorable speaker,” the website said. “With his love for God and lively preaching style, which can hold even the skeptics [sic] attention, Pastor Brooks speaks and shares the heart of God with compassion and conviction.”

Brooks’ arrest and conviction were the result of the work of the District of Maryland Strike Force, one of three strike forces formed by the U.S. Department of Justice to investigate PPP loan fraud throughout the country.
