SBC Executive Committee Taps Jeff Dalrymple To Spearhead Long-Term Abuse Reforms

“Through this experience, Jeff has developed a broad understanding of issues related to sexual abuse prevention and response,” Iorg added. 

SBC President Clint Pressley also commended Dalrymple and the Executive Committee, saying, “Dr. Iorg is a man of vision and action as evidenced by his creating the office of abuse prevention and response and appointing Jeff Dalrymple to lead it.” 

“I know Jeff to be a godly and wise leader that will act with discernment and respond with compassion,” Pressley said. “I’m thankful for Jeff’s willingness to serve the SBC as I’m certain he will do so with care and professionalism.”

Dalrymple will assume his new role immediately and will be officially introduced at the Executive Committee’s next meeting on Feb. 17-18.
