Police said that the operation also “located and identified several juvenile victims. The juvenile victims and parents were educated about the dangers of online activity.”
NRWC said in a statement that it is cooperating with authorities and that Swink’s pastoral credentials have been suspended.
“We are shocked and saddened with the news of the arrest of assistant pastor, Rev. Brad Swink,” the church said.
“NRWC strictly abides by PA regulations for clearances and background checks for those that work with children and youth,” NRWC added. “In regards to Rev. Swink, the necessary clearances and checks were in place.”

Swink remains in custody.
