These digital Bible apps create opportunities for more and more people to join the global community of 2.3 billion Christians worldwide. And within this community, we can encourage each other—and be encouraged. We can witness with new eyes and hearts how God is at work around the world, with each new heart and mind that encounters God’s Word.

When we witness God’s Word at work globally, it enriches our local church experience. We’re reminded that we’re part of something much larger—the Body of Christ extends far beyond any single church or nation.

“For just as the body is one and has many members, and all the members of the body, though many, are one body, so it is with Christ,” we read in 1 Corinthians. “For in one Spirit we were all baptized into one body—Jews or Greeks, slaves or free—and all were made to drink of one Spirit.”

We stand at an unprecedented moment in history. More people are alive today than ever before, and we have tools that previous generations could only dream of. The convergence of technology, storytelling, and a hunger for truth has created an opening we cannot ignore.

What we’re witnessing—millions engaging with Scripture daily, stories crossing every border, the Gospel reaching places once thought unreachable—this is just the beginning. Every download, every view, every shared story represents a life that could be transformed for eternity.

Strong, intentional partnerships have made the global spread of Scripture possible in this moment, and they will be responsible for its continued impact.
