Five Talents is a Christian organization that seeks to help people in some of the poorest countries in the world by partnering with local churches to facilitate microenterprise. Through its efforts, the group is transforming people's lives by giving them the tools they need to better their situations. 

Empowerment is generally considered a positive concept, but an attitude of entitlement typically carries a negative connotation. Is it possible that the space between the two is blurry at times?
