Fairview Baptist Church in Greer, South Carolina, says it will conduct a “thorough and comprehensive investigation” into youth pastor Cory Wall’s recent distribution of “I [heart] hot youth pastors” stickers to church youth. Wall has since been placed on administrative leave.

Jeffrey Bedwell, a former pastor at a Southern Baptist Convention megachurch, has been accused of grooming and molesting a girl from 2013 to 2018, starting when the victim was 12 and continuing until she was 17.

The silence is a reminder of how much I miss the teens and adults who make up the ministry I oversee. I never thought I would miss waiting with a teen for their parent to pick them up. I miss it, and it’s been hard.
