Rev. Charlie Edward Dates is the senior pastor of Progressive Baptist Church in Chicago. He is currently earning the PhD in Historical Theology at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. In addition to his pastoral duties, Pastor Charlie serves as an Adjunct Professor at the Moody Bible Institute and on the Community Advisory Board for the Chicago Fire Department. Pastor Charlie is married to Kirstie Dates and is the proud father of their children Charlie Edward Dates II and Claire Elisabeth Dates.
