8. Reproduce yourself.
Teach others to do what you do. Give people freedom to make mistakes. Nurture others to become leaders. Don’t be so insecure that you fear the success of others.
9. Control your time.
Time is a precious commodity that—once squandered—you can never recover. So be smart with your time. Stop doing things that don’t produce results.
10. Weakness works better than strength.
Finally, know that you alone can’t impact kids for eternity. Depend on God. Trust His word and power!
But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. –2 Corinthians 12:9
