“Dot Conner: Webtective:” celebrates family, Jae added, an institution she said Hollywood is “strategically” tearing apart. “We also celebrate being a Christian—the Christian isn’t the enemy” in this film.

Jae said, “I realized one movie isn’t going to change culture, but hopefully it’s a step in the right direction.”

In the interview, the Huffs shared what inspired them to take their series to the big screen, why it is such an important time to be creating faith-based family films that target pre-teens, what it’s like creating films with one’s spouse, and what they hope audiences leave with after watching the film.
